• To produce knowledge and to contribute to the creation and development of effective public and corporate social policies.
• To provide recommendations on the type of strategies needed to contribute to better form and enhance the communities' capabilities.
• To publish and disclose the original analysis made on a local, regional, national and international viewpoint about economic and social-political phenomena.
• To promote the construction and analysis of indicators which enable monitoring the impact of the social interventions that are carried out.
