Strategic Committee: The role of this Committee is to direct, supervise and make decisions. It consists of the members proposed by those who sign the agreement. Its roles include overseeing the compliance of the goals set out within the framework of its principles and overall purpose. Likewise, to approve financial, operating and administrative alliances entered by the Operating Unit, which are necessary for the Center's sound operation and expanded field of action.

Academic Committee: This Committee consists of well-known members of the regional and national academic field in charge of supporting the Strategic Committee as its advisor of the studies and opinions carried out. Its roles include providing its technical and academic opinion of the initiatives which the Strategic Committee has set out to undergo the Center's activities. And to support the Center and its Operating Unit to build academic alliances which facilitate having a group of researchers (or associates) who can occasionally carry out research, studies, particular analysis or any other type of academic requirement.

Operating Unit: This Unit is in charge of establishing the agenda, work plan and complying with the work time tables proposed, meeting the principles and the overall purpose of the Center. In addition, this Unit is in charge of carrying out the necessary actions to meet the Center's goals from the technical, administrative and financial viewpoint.
